Returns Policy

For hygiene purposes, we do not offer any returns or exchanges on any of our products. All sales are final and unfortunately no refunds will be issued. However, if your items are damaged* in transit we will offer an exchange of the value of your purchase. To be eligible, please email us within 7 days of receiving your package. Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Kaiyah’s Kure, so if you have any issues, please contact us so we can resolve this as best as possible.

Please ensure that you have provided the correct shipping details at checkout. Any orders sent to the wrong address will not be eligible for a refund.

 

*Due to the hot weather, your body butter may melt in transit. If this occurs, the body butter may have a grainy texture but is still completely safe to use. As frustrating as this may be, we do not offer any refunds on melted body butters.
